Smoked Trout Canapés

1 package (8 ounces) Neufchâtel cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon dill
1/2 lb smoked fish pieces (trout, salmon, sable, herring, whitefish, carp, sardines)
1/4 cup capers, drained
1 package Breton Gluten Free Original with Flax or Breton Gluten Free Herb and Garlic crackers

Mix together cheese and dill.
Spread on Breton Gluten Free Original with Flax or Breton Gluten Free Herb and Garlic crackers.
Top with fish and capers.
