8 slices Dempster’s Bakery Gluten Zero™ White Bread
1 tbsp (15 ml) Barbecue sauce
¼ cup (60 ml) Grated Monterey Jack cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, roughly chopped
¼ cup (60 ml) Grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp (15 ml) Mayonnaise
⅓ cup (80 ml) Softened butter
Spread barbecue sauce evenly over four of the eight slices of bread. Divide Monterey Jack cheese, bacon and Cheddar cheese between each sandwich. Spread mayonnaise over the remaining bread slices and place on top.
Spread softened butter over the outside of each sandwich.
Heat a large skillet over medium. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese is nicely melted.
