1 600 g package gluten-free crunchy breaded chicken breast burgers
6 gluten-free hamburger buns
30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter, softened
1 small onion, minced
2 cups baby spinach
190 ml (¾ cup) crumbled feta cheese
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
250 ml tzatziki
Cook chicken breast burgers according to instructions on packaging.
Cut buns open and brush butter on their inside.
Heat frying pan on medium high heat and pan-toast inside of buns until golden.
Top lower part of buns with half of tzatziki, add spinach, onion slices and feta cheese. Add chicken breast burgers and finish with tomato slices before covering with upper part of bun garnished with remaining tzatziki.
